My name is Raisa Brand, and my passion the beauty of analogue photography is what underpins this collection. For me, photography is not just about capturing images, but mainly about capturing moments and feelings — something analogue technology manages to do in a special way.

The choice of analogue photography is quite deliberate. Whereas digital photography is often about speed and perfection, for me the analogue world stands for tranquillity, authenticity, and appreciating imperfection. Each photograph has its own character; from the soft grain to the deep colours that can only be captured by film. This process forces me to look more consciously and enjoy the moment. I want to share and pass that feeling on through my work. Each framed image in Atelier Areia tells its own story, inspired by travel, nature and the beauty of the everyday.
