Quality Guarantee

We strive to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of an item you’ve received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue thoroughly and work to find an appropriate solution.

  • If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible.

  • If a replacement is not feasible or if you cannot wait for a new order, we will offer a full refund upon request.

Color Consistency

While we use the same print machines, paper types, and consistent processes across all orders, printing is a chemical process, and minor variations in color may occur. Factors such as machine settings, paper types, humidity, and cleaning schedules can cause slight differences in color output. Please note:

  • Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.

  • We do everything we can to minimize these variations, but perfect consistency cannot be guaranteed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive products that are defective or damaged and the issue is not due to the content provided by Atelier Areia or the customer, we will take responsibility and cover the cost of a new order. This includes:

  • Damage to the product (external or internal)

  • Incorrect quantity or missing items

  • Quality issues with the product

Important: To process a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Pictures of the damaged packaging (external and internal)

  • Photos clearly showing the damage to the product

  • A clear description of the issue

We are unable to provide replacements or refunds without these details.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All items are made specifically to order, and therefore, we cannot offer returns unless there is a defect or damage.

If you wish to place a new order for a different item, you will be responsible for the costs of that new order.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to send a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

Returned to Sender

In some cases, orders may be returned to the sender. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as incorrect address details or failure to claim the package. If this occurs, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Wrong Address: If the address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. To receive a replacement, you will need to place a new order, and you will be responsible for the new order’s cost (excluding the product price, which will be refunded).

  • Rejected by the Recipient: If the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned. You will need to place a new order and cover the shipping costs for the new order.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If the shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to the sender, you can place a new order. We will refund the product cost of the original order but you will be responsible for shipping costs.

Please contact us within 30 days if your order is returned to the sender so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
